- press F1 to see help for the page you're using
- press F2 to see the map
- press F12 then F1 to see an online reference guide
- type .HOWDOI plus a keyword into the green Request Box and press ENTER, for example, .HOWDOI CHART or .HOWDOI FOREX.
- click the Support button on the launch bar to see the latest troubleshooting suggestions, which have been designed to cover over 90% of our support calls. There is probably a quick and easy fix for your problem, and it's probably listed here.
