Richard Last
Chairman and non-executive director
Richard has over 15 years' senior experience in information technology, having worked at board level for a number of publicly quoted and private companies operating in this sector. Currently, he is Chairman and Chief Executive of Lynx plc, a privately-owned provider of technology infrastructure and mobile data solutions. Richard sits on a number of other boards including Patsystems plc, an AIM quoted provider of solutions for futures trading and exchange systems and is Chairman of Xpertise Group plc, an AIM quoted IT training company.
Andrew Miller
Chief Executive Officer
Andrew manages the business on a day-to-day basis having joined the group via the acquisition of Arcontech in September 2007, becoming CEO in December 2007. Andrew joined Arcontech in 1992 from Thomson Financial Services and became Managing Director in 2000. Andrew has over 20 years real-time market data systems experience; he conceived and continues to nurture Arcontec's CityVision product range which is now deployed world-wide in mission critical applications from central banking, through national treasury and investment banking to retail derivatives trading. He graduated with honours in Pure Mathematics and Computer Science from U.C.C. in 1979.
Michael Levy
Finance Director
Michael was appointed Group Finance Director in May 2001. He obtained a BA (Econ) in Economics and Social Studies from the University of Manchester in 1983. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1986 with BDO Stoy Hayward and is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
Louise Barton
Non-executive Director
Louise worked for five years with the Institute of Applied Economic and Social Research in Melbourne before joining Prudential Portfolio Managers in 1979. She moved into stock broking/Investment banking in 1987, joining CCF Laurence Prust and subsequently moved to Investec Henderson Crosthwaite in 1990. She retired from the City in 2002 when she was ranked UK’s No 1 small company media analyst and is now an independent consultant.
