Board Change

As previously announced on 23 March 2005, Gavin Casey wishes to reduce his current business commitments. As a result he will be stepping down as Chairman of Knowledge Technology Solutions PLC and resigning from the board with effect from 30 June 2005.

A search for an independent non-executive board director has already begun.

Dr Marc Pinter-Krainer, Chief Executive, commented:
