The Company received notification on 28 October 2004 from The Global ValueInvestment Portfolio Management Pte Ltd that following a purchase of 4,250,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ('Ordinary Shares'), their notifiable interest in the Company now amounts to 15,050,000 Ordinary Shares. This represents 10.15% of the issued share capital of the Company.
