Following the placing of 8,000,000 new ordinary shares in the Company, announced on 22 September 2003, the Company was notified on 24 September 2003 of the following substantial shareholding in the Company:

The Global Value Investment Portfolio Management Pte Ltd is interested in a total of 5,080,000 ordinary shares, representing 4.27 per cent. of the entire issued share capital of the Company. These shares were acquired on 23 September 2003.
