Director Shareholding

The Company has been informed that Dr Marc Pinter-Krainer, Chief Executive Officer, has today purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares (nominal value 0.1 pence each) in the Company at a purchase price of 5.345 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Dr Marc Pinter-Krainer now has an interest in a total of 20,140,000 shares, representing 13.58 percent of the Company's total issued share capital of 148,274,732.

The other interests of the directors remain unchanged.
