Director shareholding

The Company has today been informed that Mr Gavin Casey, Non-Executive Chairman, has purchased 250,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.2 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company at a purchase price of 10.25 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Gavin Casey now has an interest in a total of 250,000 shares representing 0.2 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
