KTS was advised on 18 August 2003 that Singer & Friedlander Investment Management Limited ('SFIML') had disposed of 500,000 ordinary shares of the Company on 15 August 2003.

Accordingly, SFIML is now interested in a total of 9,917,500 ordinary shares,representing 9.08 per cent. of the entire issued share capital of the Company.

4,245,405 ordinary shares of the Company are held by Singer & Friedlander AIM3 Venture Capital Trust and 5,672,095 ordinary shares of the Company are held for discretionary clients in the name of Sinjul Nominees Limited.
