Employee share option scheme

In accordance with the Company’s stated intention to create an incentive scheme for the purposes of retaining and recruiting key employees, KTS has now established an EMI Share Option Scheme. The number of options granted to employees totals 2,775,000 at an option price of 4.5p. This total includes 500,000 options granted to director Marc Pinter-Krainer who, through Smartshares Inc., also has an interest in 20,000,000 ordinary shares or 24.5% of the Company’s shares. No other director benefits from the scheme.
