Following the placing of 25,000,000 new ordinary shares in the Company, announced on 3 March 2003, the Company has today been notified by the following Directors that their percentage shareholding in the Company are as follows:

The Company was also notified on 27 February that HSBC Bank plc no longer holds a notifiable interest in the share capital of the Company. The Company was also notified on 10 March 2003 that Allianz AG no longer hold a notifiable interest.
