The Company has today received confirmation from The Global Value Investment Portfolio Management Pte Ltd that following a purchase of 1,175,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ('Ordinary Shares'), their disclosable interest in the Company now amounts to 6,255,000 Ordinary Shares.

This represents 5.24% of the issued share capital of the Company.
