Following the recent increase in issued share capital, the Company were notified on 28 March 2002 that the combined disclosable interest of Allianz AG Group which amounts to 4,150,000 shares now represents 5.085% (previously 5.157%) of the ordinary issued share capital of 81,606,321 shares issued by Knowledge Technology Solutions PLC.

The present position in respect of the disclosable interests of the subsidiaries of Allianz is as follows:

Kleinwort Benson Channel Islands Limited, KBIM International Limited and Kleinwort Benson Investment Management Holdings Limited are interested in 3,230,000 shares representing 3.958% (previously 4.013%) of the issued capital.
