The Company has today received notification from Billam Plc that following the disposal of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ('Ordinary Shares') on 26 September 2002 it now holds 3,050,000 Ordinary Shares. This represents 3.74% of the issued share capital of the Company.
